Referral and Insurance Information

Tri State Hand and Occupational Therapy accepts almost all major health insurance. Depending on your particular policy, you may need a referral from your primary care physician and you may have a monetary limit on physical therapy treatments. Medicare patients are required to have a prescription from their physician in order to be covered for therapy treatments.
