Why is healthiness important in our life.

  • It is a known fact that good health is the real money of life. Wealth can be earned anytime using a good health.
  • A good health is one that keeps us healthy in all aspects like physically, mentally, socially and intellectually. Healthiness provides us freedom from all the diseases.
  • Good health minimizes the stress level and encourages the healthy life without sufferings. We must check our health time to time and take precautions to keep healthy. We should maintain our health from childhood.   • Everyone have to take nutritious food like vegetables which are rich in minerals and iron, fruits have lots of vitamins like vitamin C,B,A and E, milk is full of calcium and keeps our bones strong.
  • We should drink pure water as much as we can.
  • We must eat these natural foods and avoid taking additional things like food colors, sweeteners etc. these can cause some ill effect on our body.
  • We need to understand that it is our health by which we can do everything properly.
